Ciara has a new song and video out. OK.. I've listened to this song and came to the conclusion that is sounds a lot like "Can't keep my hands to myself" by Selena Gomez. Sounds very similar and not sure if Ciara is trying to go after the same crowd, but if she does, they will smell this rip off a mile away. I mean, it's a nice song and everything, she's been doing the most to try to get her career off the ground. Her last single "Level Up" did well on the pop charts and had white girls trying to level up all across the country. As an artist, Ciara has always been the type to have just enough to get her by. She has the pretty looks, check, nice body, check, can dance, check, decent singing voice, check. With all that said, I would think that she was the perfect formula for the perfect artist. However, it just hasn't been that way for Ciara's music career. I wonder if she's an artist that is under-appreciated and overly-appreciated. Either which way, she's been in the lime light since the beginning of her career and I think as long as she continues to put out work as an artist, she will get to the plateau in her life she's been working so hard to get to.
